LANES is a desk of KOL cards. You sort them into two lanes, fund a bot wallet, and leave the tab open. The bot trades from that wallet while the tab stays open.
The cards are Kolscan’s Solana daily top 100, plus the regulars who stay even when they fall off the board. A card’s number is today’s rank. The regulars sit after 100.
Follow
The bot buys when that KOL buys. It spends the Copy size you set on every buy: tap 0.05, 0.25, 0.5, or 1 SOL, or type your own amount in Custom, from 0.01 to 25 SOL. It does not copy their sells.
Washed
The bot sells when that KOL buys. If the bot wallet already holds that coin, it sells 50% or 100% of it, whichever you set. If it doesn’t hold the coin, nothing happens. It can’t short them.
Buy their losses
Off by default. Turn it on and the bot also buys when a Washed KOL sells a coin at a loss of at least 10%, 25%, or 50%: the moment a washed trader gives up is often near the bottom. It checks their own buys of that coin on chain and compares the price they paid to the price they sold at.
It never buys when they sell at a profit, so a KOL can’t farm the bot by selling into it. It also stays out when it can’t prove a loss: they sold for USDC instead of SOL, sold several coins at once, got the coins some other way than buying, or their buys are too far back. Sells where they had less than 0.1 SOL (or your Min) in the coin are ignored. Copy size and Same coin apply as usual.
Min
The smallest KOL buy that counts for Follow. Any, 1 SOL, or 3 SOL. A buy under that gets skipped.
Same coin
KOLs often buy the same coin several times as they scale in. On Once, the bot copies the first buy and skips the rest while it still holds that coin, or for 30 minutes after it bought it. On Every, it copies every buy, which can spend the wallet fast.
Sell now and take-profit
Every coin in the Bag has a Sell now button that sells all of it. The % next to a coin is how far it is up or down from what the bot paid. TP sets a take-profit: pick a gain and how much to sell, and the bot sells that share once the coin is up that much. The bot has to be live and unlocked in this tab. If a sale fails it tries again a minute later, up to 3 times. On a coin the bot has no buy record for, the gain is measured from the price when you set the TP.
Spend limits and withdrawals
In Wallet you set the most the bot may spend on one buy and over 24 hours. Buys past either limit are skipped. Selling is never limited. Lowering a limit is instant; raising one needs your passphrase. Withdrawals can only go to one address you lock in, and changing it needs your passphrase. Showing or backing up the key needs it too. Only deposit what you trade.
Run it
- Open Wallet and create a bot wallet, or import one made for the bot. Save the backup key.
- Send SOL to that address from any wallet.
- Set your Copy size. Start small, like 0.05, until you trust it.
- Put cards in Follow or Washed.
- Hit Arm. Withdraw from Wallet or your profile when you want SOL back.
The bot checks about every 8 seconds and only trades while this tab is open. Close the tab and it stops. Come back, arm it again, and it picks up.
It only watches the first 6 cards you have in a lane, starting from the top of the board. Lane a 7th and that card just sits there until you pull a higher one out.
FAQ
- Does it use my Phantom?
- Not for trades. Connect Phantom or Solflare if you want a profile. Buys and sells still come from the bot wallet you fund.
- Who holds the key?
- This browser. It never goes to a server. Anyone with the backup can spend the wallet. If you delete the wallet without saving the backup, the SOL in it is gone.
- Can I use a wallet I already have?
- Yes. In Wallet, tap Import a wallet and paste its seed phrase, its private key (Phantom, Solflare, and Backpack call it Export private key), a Solana CLI keypair file, or a LANES backup. It shows which address you'll get before anything is saved. For a seed phrase, pick the account number your wallet app shows. Only the key is kept, never the phrase. Use a wallet made for the bot, not your main one: the key sits in this browser and the bot can spend everything in it.
- Do I have to approve every swap?
- No. Arm it once. After that it signs for itself.
- What if I only want to watch?
- Don’t arm it. You can still sort cards. Nothing trades until it’s armed and the wallet has SOL.
- Why didn’t it copy a buy?
- The bot was off, the tab was closed, that card was past the first 6, the KOL’s buy was under your min, Same coin was on Once and the bot already held that coin, a Washed KOL’s sell wasn’t a provable loss, or the wallet didn’t have the copy size plus a little SOL for fees.
- Why didn’t Washed sell?
- The bot wallet didn’t hold that coin, or the card wasn’t one of the 6 being watched.
- Does Follow sell when they sell?
- No. Follow only buys.
- Can one card be in both lanes?
- No. Follow, Washed, or back on the bench.
- Is the balance fake?
- No. The SOL number is what’s in the bot wallet. The tape is what the bot saw and what it did. There’s no paper profit on the cards.
- Can I withdraw?
- Yes. From Wallet or your profile, send SOL from the bot wallet to any address. Coins you bought stay there until you sell them.
- What is Reclaim rent?
- Every coin the bot buys leaves a small coin account in the wallet that holds about 0.002 SOL of rent, even after the coin is sold. Reclaim, in Wallet, closes the empty ones and sends that SOL back to the bot wallet. It only closes accounts with nothing in them, and the rent can only go to the bot wallet. Turn the bot off first.
- What is the profile?
- Connect Phantom or Solflare. That wallet is your profile. It shows the lanes you’re running. It does not pay for the trades. The bot wallet does.
- Can a swap drain the wallet?
- The bot will not sign a buy that spends more SOL than your copy size plus fees, or a sell that moves any coin other than the one being washed. A withdraw is one SOL transfer to the address you type.
- What if someone floods the site?
- Extra page loads and bot calls are dropped before they reach Solana. A normal desk still polls and trades. A flood of the host itself has to be stopped in front of the app.
- What are the regulars?
- Names that stay on the desk even when they’re not in today’s top 100. If they are on the board, they show once, at that rank.
This is not financial advice. It buys and sells whatever those wallets buy, at whatever the market is when the swap lands. A lot of those coins die.
